We had another full house for our encore ‘Lunch & Learn’ session about ‘Chatbots for Customer Service’ at our office in Richardson, Texas. We had a great group of people. There were plenty of strong use cases for Chatbots across the board and some really good discussions about when it makes sense to deploy Chatbots in an organization. Even with all the diverse requirements, one thing was for sure, as a complement to human customer service, Chatbots combined with traditional support can help provide a level of service customers are demanding.

Impiger successfully showcased their best-in-class digital solutions and technical capabilities in front of a huge volume of audiences from different business background at GITEX 2018, Dubai. The response was overwhelming, and we’re delighted to realize that lots of our customers, partners, and visitors were interested in some of our advanced digital solutions like Chatbot and, technologies like Artificial Intelligence. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

AAI inspection management Overview

AAI executives perform daily inspection, validate checklist, capture images, raise tickets and contact concerned engineer using the Android application
Issues raised by AAI executives will be notified to the authorized engineer/Head of the department for corrective measures
Open tickets/issues will get escalated to the higher authorities through push notifications on SLA breach
 AAI Management will have complete control on the process administered and can view Reports 

  • Suppliers can view and acknowledge Purchase Orders generated by Bull. Whenever a PO is acknowledged, the status will be triggered in Bull ERP notifying the buyer on the same
  • Suppliers will be notified on the materials dispatched from Bull India. A provision to acknowledge the materials received is provided to the supplier
  • Provision for suppliers to generate Advance Shipping notice (ASN) against a Purchase order received
  • Create and attach Inspection reports along ASN. Bull India can view and provide comments for Inspection reports attached by suppliers
  • Buyer has the authority to reject shipments due to quality issues. Suppliers will be reflected with the buyer’s comments and can request for corrective actions

Impiger helped Office of the Prime Minister, Uganda in design, development and implementation of NUSAF3 Management Information System Suite which has Web Portal and Monitoring & Evaluation Mobile Application.

Management Information System (MIS) build with latest technologies that supports quick and easy data captures, data processing, analysis and report generation for all stakeholders at the districts and at national level (OPM) to track and report on the progress of the program.


Impiger helped Office of Prime Minister in design, develop and implement DRDIP MIS Suite and Biometric based attendance and payment system for complet integration and digitisation of the entire process from registration of beneficiary to attendance capture to direct bank transfer of payments.

Ministry of Education and Sports

Ministry of Education and Sports partnered with Impiger to design, develop and implement School Inspection system to collect, consolidate and analyse data which is used by Ministry official in designing Education Sector Strategic Plan (ESSP) related to Uganda Teacher and School Effectiveness Project (UTSEP).

Impiger helped MOES built Inspection which consist of Mobile Application for inspectorate officials to capture data and Web Application for the officials to consolidate and analyse data.

Ministry of Education, Science and Technology

Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Malawi partnered with Impiger to develop a Tablet Report System to closely track progress and ensure timely reporting on the Civil Works project under the ministry. The primary objective of the system is to provide an effective mechanism to actively engage with contractors, service providers and public officials thus, enabling them to rapidly respond to issues afflicting project development and performance.

The features include- Data Capture, Geo-fencing, Content Manager, Workflows, Report submission, consolidation and generation, Dashboard and Notification
