Job Summary
We are looking for a PMO Executive who will support project planning, coordination, reporting, and governance activities. The candidate should be detail oriented, proactive, and willing to learn project management processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates across tools.
- Support resource planning, task tracking, and risk or issue logging.
- Assist in creating dashboards and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with PMO guidelines.
- Track project progress and escalate delays as required.
- Help in maintaining governance compliance and standard PMO processes.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and interest in project coordination.
Educational Qualification
- BBA, BCom or MBA.
- Candidates with project management certifications or training will have added advantage.
