Impact Metrics

Overview of the Project

Impiger developed the Tamil Nadu Integrated Poverty Portal (TIPPS) for the Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women (TNCDW) to manage and maintain integrated poverty data. The portal streamlines online applications, enables status tracking, and digitizes the approval process across both rural and urban administrative levels. This initiative ensures better transparency and accessibility for citizens seeking government welfare services.

Challenges

  1. Manual application processes were slow, error-prone, and lacked transparency.
  2. Citizens had no easy way to track the status of applications.
  3. Approval workflows across rural and urban administrations were fragmented.
  4. Difficulty in consolidating integrated poverty data for effective monitoring.

Approach

  1. Designed a web-based portal for easy submission of online applications.
  2. Added real-time status tracking to increase transparency for citizens.
  3. Automated the approval workflow across rural and urban administrative levels.
  4. Built a secure data management system to centralize integrated poverty information.

Key Components / Integrations
