Overview of the Project

Impiger partnered with the Government of Uganda’s Health Service Commission (HSC) to build a web-based e-Recruitment platform that automates the hiring process for healthcare workers. The system enables the commission to deliver cost-effective, transparent recruitment services while providing candidates and administrators with prompt, secure access to recruitment information.

Outcomes / Impact

The e-Recruitment System transformed HSC’s hiring process into a transparent, efficient, and scalable digital solution. Recruitment cycle times were significantly reduced, manual errors eliminated, and applicant visibility improved. The system increased trust and accountability, reduced operational costs, and enabled the government to hire healthcare workers faster to meet pressing public health needs.
