PwC required a centralized HRMS platform to handle its complex HR needs—ranging from payroll cycles to compliance confirmations, employee engagement, and alumni management. Impiger built a web-based HRMS using ASP.NET that streamlined payroll, automated merit and compliance processes, and introduced employee engagement modules to improve overall workforce experience.
