Overview of the Project

Future Generali India Insurance needed to simplify and digitize its manual, paper-driven customer onboarding processes for employees, partners, and agents. Impiger developed a custom mobile app that combined e-application workflows, video KYC, document capture, and product details into one seamless digital journey. A CMS dashboard was built to give supervisors and back-office teams better visibility into onboarding progress and compliance.
