Overview of the Project

Toyota’s TT Bharat Integrated Logistics (TTBIL) partnered with Impiger to bring visibility and consistency to employee communication through the Eobeya Portal. The portal centralizes KPIs, ESOPs, and location-specific updates, presenting them in a simple slideshow format for employees. Admins can update information by location, ensuring each workforce group sees what’s most relevant to them.

Challenges

  1. Critical KPIs and ESOP updates were scattered across emails and spreadsheets.
  2. Employees in different locations struggled to access consistent, updated information.
  3. Admins lacked a controlled, role-based system for publishing content.
  4. Manual processes led to delays and version-control issues in communicating KPIs.
