Overview of the Project

Pravaah Pro is a workflow-driven Contract and Legal Document Approval system designed for ProConnect Integrated Logistics. It replaces scattered emails and shared folders with structured intake, configurable approvals, and a searchable document repository. The platform helps requestors, Legal teams, and approvers manage contracts end-to-end with complete visibility and audit trails.

Challenges

  1. Contract approvals were handled via emails and spreadsheets.
  2. Multiple versions of critical documents spread across folders.
  3. Difficult to track what was approved, by whom, and when.
  4. Slow turnaround times with no clarity on pending actions.
  5. Audit retrievals were painful and compliance risks were high.

  1. Built a governed, role-aware application to standardize requests.
  2. Structured forms per contract type for consistent intake.
  3. Parallel approvals enabled where policy allowed, reducing delays.
  4. Clear visibility via tabs: My Requests, Pending Actions, Approved.
  5. Robust versioning, timestamps, and logs for audit readiness.

Tracking & Visibility

Dashboards with tabs for My Requests, Pending Actions, Approved Requests, and lifecycle events like amendment/termination.

Reporting

Metrics on cycle time, request volumes, bottlenecks by approver, and audit-ready logs for compliance reviews.
