The client is a non-insured benefits business provider with extensive offering of value-added services, including printing, compliance, administration, and bilingual membership services. They focused on strong customer engagement value and wanted to create an application for the same.
The Need Statement
The client was looking for means to improve customer loyalty through enabling easy access to their benefits, information on their packages and other value addons. They required an end-to-end business solution with multiple portals to manage their members, benefit directories, view benefits utilization reports as well as benefit packages.
Impiger helped the client to build a customer-centric system, equipped with multiple portals and native iOS and Android mobile apps built for different stakeholders for an efficient management. With the help of technologies like Azure API Management, SQL and DevOps, we were able to create a centralized solution. Today, the app and portals cater to ~2M members and the member count is growing day by day.
