Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write high-impact blogs, landing pages, email copy, product documentation, and social media content with a focus on clarity, SEO, and storytelling.
Content Strategy: Contribute to and execute on a content roadmap aligned with business goals, target personas, and buyer journey stages.
SEO & Performance: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search, and collaborate with the SEO team to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
Email Marketing & Campaigns: Develop persuasive email content for nurture campaigns, newsletters, and product announcements.
Content Upload & Management: Manage CMS publishing (e.g., WordPress, Medium), ensuring proper formatting, responsiveness, and internal/external linking.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and digital marketing teams to deliver cohesive messaging across channels.
Analytics & Optimization: Analyze content performance metrics (CTR, engagement, bounce rate) to iterate and improve effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of professional experience in content writing or content marketing roles.
- Strong portfolio of SEO-driven content, technical blogs, and marketing copy.
- Proven ability to distil complex technical topics into user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Engineering background is a bonus.
- Certifications in SEO, Content Marketing (HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.) are a plus.
