Job Summary

We are looking for a PMO Executive who will support project planning, coordination, reporting, and governance activities. The candidate should be detail oriented, proactive, and willing to learn project management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, trackers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates across tools.
  • Support resource planning, task tracking, and risk or issue logging.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with PMO guidelines.
  • Track project progress and escalate delays as required.
  • Help in maintaining governance compliance and standard PMO processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude and interest in project coordination.

Educational Qualification

  • BBA, BCom or MBA.
  • Candidates with project management certifications or training will have added advantage.
