Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact and develop deep, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, challenges, and technical needs to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to report on performance, review service value, and align on future strategies.
- Account Growth and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new software services, solutions, and products to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business within the assigned accounts.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, forecast sales, and ensure revenue goals are met.
- Project & Service Delivery Oversight:
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams (e.g., Development, Project Management, Customer Support).
- Ensure that client needs are clearly communicated and that project deliverables align with their expectations.
- Proactively address and resolve any client issues, escalations, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
