Prior to that, he was with NetHawk and Telecom Technologies for designing telecom products. Earlier, while at Infosys, Jude specialized in the IT, telecom and electronics sector, leading design teams to high-tech clients.

Ramakrishnamoorthy Venkatasubbu, COO, Founder

More than 14 years of experience in the global offshore services business. Before founding Impiger, he was heading Dhyan Infotech. Prior to that, he was an Offshore Delivery Head with Think Business Networks. RKM specialized in the IT, telecom and Enterprise sector, and also specialized in offshore software development processes.

Sankaranarayanan R, Chief Executive-Business & Strategy, Co-Founder

Sankar with more than 2 decades of experience in IT and ITeS, is a Techno-commercial person. Earlier he has ventured IT and BPO companies in APAC before founding Impiger. Sankar's expertise includes Account management, project and service delivery in BFSI, Healthcare and Manufacturing domains. Sankar focuses on new businesses, markets and partnerships and is the key player for the vision and ROI to the stake holders.

Pradeep Gwalani, VP – Software Development

He has 11 years of Telecom and Enterprise Applications Development and Management expertise. As a Senior Project Manager at Aricent, Pradeep was part of the Communication Services Provider Vertical responsible for Development, Consulting and Management of mid / large scale OSS / BSS, Service Delivery & Provisioning projects for global telecom clients like Alcatel-Lucent, Hughes Network Systems and Siminn. Prior to that, he was a Team Lead at Think Business Networks leading and developing various projects in the Telecom and Enterprise Applications area. Pradeep holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology.

KS Rajasekar, Director – Social Media Marketing

A mass communications professional, he has 12 years in print as Chief Editor of two city-based magazines, before moving on to the online world. He headed Nasdaq-listed Sify's key online channels including Samachar and Sifymax, besides anchoring Sify's Search Engine Optimization program. He has published more than a 100 articles in leading Indian newspapers like The Hindu, Times of India, Economic Times and The Indian Express. An avid blogger, he believes in "Content being the King - online or offline."

Indu Padmanabhan, Director – Human Resources

A HR generalist with approximately 25 years of experience in both Public and Private sectors covering manufacturing, marketing organizations and IT companies. Having long stint with SAIL – joined as Management Trainee and served as Chief Personnel Manager, later worked as HR Head with Thinksoft Global Services Ltd, a software testing company. Have handled the entire gamut of HR from talent acquisition to employee relations and engagement.
